When my son was about 10 weeks old, I decided to learn everything I could about infant and child sleep. I researched, experimented, and put a plan in place—and to my surprise, he started sleeping 12-hour stretches at night. I was amazed. When I successfully sleep-trained my second child, I realized just how life-changing good sleep can be.

That’s why I started Starting Sleep—to help families get the rest they need with a supportive and practical tailored to them.
